Prop Firm CRM Software in 2026: How to Compare Providers
Comparing prop firm CRM software? Nine questions to ask, and what TradeCore, FXBO, Skale, Match-Trader, FPFX and others publish on rules, platforms and pricing.
A prop firm sells a promise: pass these rules and you get funded. The CRM is where that promise is kept or broken. It sells the challenge, opens the account, checks every trade against the rules, decides who passed and who breached, and pays the traders who earned it. When it gets one of those steps wrong, the firm hears about it in public.
This guide does not rank providers. Most rankings in this market are written by vendors or paid for by them, and none can be checked from outside. Instead it sets out nine questions worth asking any prop firm CRM provider, and what each commonly compared provider says about itself on its own website. Every vendor fact below was taken from that vendor's site in October 2026. Products and prices change, so confirm anything that matters before you sign.
The short answer
The providers that come up most often when prop firms compare CRM and challenge software are TradeCore, FXBO, Skale, Match-Trader, B2Broker (B2PROP), FPFX Tech, YourPropFirm, FINXSOL, Axcera and Kenmore Design. Brokeree's Prop Pulse is also often listed, though it adds prop rules to an existing CRM rather than replacing one. relioops offers a prop firm CRM too, with live equity-based rule checks on six trading platforms.
Of these, four publish prices on their own sites: TradeCore, Match-Trader, YourPropFirm and FINXSOL. The pricing models differ more than the numbers: a flat monthly fee, a monthly fee plus a prop add-on, a one-time setup fee with a revenue share, or a starting package price.
Which one fits depends on four things: the trading platforms your traders want, how and when rules are checked, how the price behaves as your trader count grows, and who owns the data.
Nine questions to ask any prop firm CRM provider
1. Which trading platforms, live today?
Traders choose firms partly by platform. List the ones you offer now and the ones you may add, and ask which are connected in production at other firms, not planned. Some providers name eight or more platforms; others name only their own platform and MT5, or none at all on their product page.
2. When exactly is a rule checked?
This is the question that matters most and is answered least. "Real-time" on a website can mean real-time reporting, real-time dashboards or real-time breach detection. Ask directly: is maximum drawdown checked on equity, including open positions, or on closed balance? Is a breach caught while the position is still open, or at the end of the day? A rule checked late lets a trader lose more than your rules allow, and you pay for it in a funded account.
3. Which drawdown and rule types are built in?
Ask for the list, not "fully configurable". Static or trailing drawdown, daily loss with a defined reset time, profit targets per phase, minimum trading days, consistency rules, news and weekend holding rules. Then ask what happens when you want a rule that is not on the list: a setting, a paid change request, or a new release.
4. What happens at the moment of a breach?
Does the account close positions automatically, switch to read-only, or wait for a person to decide? Is the breach saved with the figures it was decided on? When a trader disputes it, your support team needs the equity, the time and the rule on one screen, not a log file from the platform.
5. Does it sell the challenge, or only manage it?
Some products include the storefront: challenge selection, checkout, coupons and add-ons on the trader's dashboard. Others expect your website or a separate shop to do that and receive the order over an API. Both work. The second means one more system to keep in step.
6. How do payouts work?
Ask where payout eligibility comes from (profit split, minimum period, account standing), who approves, and how the payment is made. A payout that is calculated in the CRM but paid from a spreadsheet is two records that can disagree.
7. How does the price grow with your trader count?
Model it at today's volume and at five times today's volume. A revenue share that looks cheap at launch can become your largest cost after one good marketing month. A flat fee can look expensive at the start and cheap a year later. Ask about setup fees, per-account or per-challenge fees, and add-on modules.
8. Where does your data live, and can you leave?
Cloud on the provider's infrastructure, your own servers, or a white-label setup the provider runs: ask which, and who holds the database. Ask whether you can take a full copy of traders, challenges, breaches and payout history at any time, and how it is handed back if you leave.
9. Who does the migration?
If you already run challenges, the new system has to take over live accounts mid-phase. Ask who moves the data, whether it costs extra, and how accounts that are halfway through an evaluation are handled on switch-over day.
The providers: what each one states
Each summary below uses the provider's own description, from its own website. Where a provider does not publish something, it says so; that is not a criticism, only a question to ask.
TradeCore
- Offers a prop trading module that runs inside its BrokerIQ CRM or alongside an existing CRM over APIs and webhooks.
- Challenge store and checkout in the client portal; one-, two- and three-step challenges and instant funding.
- Rules per phase include profit target, maximum daily loss, maximum total drawdown (static or trailing), minimum trading days and time limits, plus template rules such as consistency, weekend holding and overnight cut-offs.
- States that it catches rule violations in real time; on MT5 a plugin enforces the rules on the trading server. Overrides need a written reason and a reviewer.
- Platforms listed: MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, TradeLocker, ScaleTrade and TraderEvolution.
- Prices published: a basic prop edition with one challenge template is included in the free plan; the full prop module is €1,500 a month on top of the Core plan at €2,500 a month, with no per-trader, per-trade or setup fees. Migration by TradeCore's team is part of the Enterprise plan.

Others you may see
UpTrader and Brokeret also appear in prop firm technology lists. Their websites could not be checked for this guide, so we have left out their details rather than repeat what others say about them. Ask them the same nine questions.
What the public information shows
Reading eleven providers' own pages side by side, a few patterns stand out:
- Breach timing is often unclear. Several providers state live or instant enforcement. Others use "real-time" only for monitoring, dashboards or reporting, and some say nothing about timing. If it is not written down, ask.
- Drawdown detail is rare. Only one provider names both static and trailing drawdown; one names trailing. None states end-of-day drawdown on its product page. If your programme uses a specific drawdown model, ask for it by name.
- Prices are mostly private. Four of eleven publish figures, and the models range from flat fees to a 50% revenue share.
- Platform lists vary widely, from one named platform to more than eight.
Where relioops fits
relioops is a technology company for brokers and prop firms, based in London. Our prop firm CRM runs the whole challenge business on one record per trader: challenge purchase and checkout, onboarding, account creation, rule checks, breaches, phase upgrades, funded accounts and payouts.
- Platforms: MT4, MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader, DXtrade and TradeLocker.
- Rule checks: live and equity-based, so open positions count. A breach is caught while the position is still open, and it is saved with the exact figures it was decided on.
- Rules: maximum drawdown (absolute or trailing), daily loss with a defined reset time, maximum overall loss, profit targets per phase and minimum trading days, set per programme. Launching or changing a programme is configuration, not development.
- Hosting: on your own servers or in an environment we run for you. Either way, the data belongs to your firm.
- Migration: free of charge from another prop CRM.
- Pricing: on request, based on your programmes and volume.
If you are comparing options, book a technical session and bring your challenge rules. We will answer the nine questions above in writing, the same way we would expect any provider to.
