FXBO Alternatives in 2026: What to Compare Before You Switch

Looking at FXBO alternatives? What FXBO offers today, eight things to compare, and what B2Core, Syntellicore, FYNXT, TradeCore and others say about themselves.

Brokers who search for FXBO alternatives are rarely unhappy with one feature. More often the question is wider: is the CRM still the right shape for the business we have become? A broker that started with one MT5 server and a handful of IBs looks very different after three years, two new platforms and a prop desk.

This guide does not rank vendors. Rankings in this market are mostly written by vendors, and none of them can be checked from outside. Instead it sets out what FXBO offers today, the eight things worth comparing before you switch, and what each commonly compared alternative says about itself on its own website. Every vendor fact below was taken from that vendor's site in October 2026. Products and prices change, so confirm anything that matters with the vendor before you sign.

The short answer

The names that come up most often when brokers compare against FXBO are B2Core (B2Broker), Syntellicore (Dynamic Works), FYNXT, CurrentDesk, Leverate, Match-Trader's own CRM, TradeCore (BrokerIQ) and UpTrader. relioops is also an option, with free migration from any forex CRM and a one-to-one transfer from FXBO.

Which one fits depends less on the feature list than on four things: the trading platforms you run, where your data lives, how the price grows as you grow, and who does the migration.

What FXBO offers today

To compare fairly, start from what FXBO itself publishes on fxbackoffice.com:

  • Products: a back office (CRM), Client Area, Partner Area for IBs and affiliates, a mobile app, a prop trading CRM, a B2B CRM and a service desk.
  • Trading platforms: its integrations page lists ten, including MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, Match-Trader, TradeLocker and Dev Experts.
  • Integrations: it states 500+ integrations and 400+ payment providers, with ten KYC providers listed, Sumsub among them.
  • Pricing: published. Standard is €2,500 a month for up to 12 managers; Unlimited is €10,000 a month. Both exclude a one-time onboarding fee whose amount is not published. A custom plan is available on request.
  • Company: based in Limassol, Cyprus, with support 24/5 and emergency support 24/7.

That is a broad product. The reasons brokers look elsewhere are usually about fit: price per manager as the team grows, platforms outside the list, where the data is hosted, or how much of the daily work still happens outside the CRM.

Eight things to compare before you switch

1. Trading platforms, today and next year

List every platform you run and every one you may add. Ask whether each connection is live in production at other brokers or still on a roadmap. One vendor in this guide lists the same platform both as integrated and as upcoming on the same page, which is exactly why the question is worth asking.

2. Where your data lives

Some CRMs run only as cloud software on the vendor's infrastructure. Others can be installed on servers you control. Neither is wrong, but the answer affects your regulator's questions, your exit options and your costs. Ask who holds the database, in which country, and whether you can take a full copy at any time.

3. Migration: who does it, and what it costs

A migration is where data is lost. Ask whether the vendor does the work or hands you an import tool, whether it is included in the price or billed separately, and which records move: clients, KYC documents, trading account links, transactions, IB trees and commission history. Our guide to migrating from FXBO or any forex CRM covers the steps in detail.

4. How the price grows with you

Pricing in this market follows different models: a flat monthly fee, a fee per manager seat, a percentage of client deposits, or a mix. Model it at your size today and at twice your size. A plan that is cheaper at launch can be the most expensive one after a good year.

5. Contract terms and the exit

Ask about the minimum commitment, the notice period, and whether you keep read-only access after you leave. Ask how your data is handed back at the end. A CRM that can only export names and emails makes the next switch harder than this one.

6. IB and partner management

Check how many levels of IB hierarchy are supported, how commissions are calculated and paid, and whether partners keep their referral links if you move. For many brokers the IB network is the business, and it is the first thing to break in a careless switch.

7. Payments and KYC

Count the payment providers and KYC services you actually use, not the total a vendor advertises. Ask whether each of yours is already connected or needs development, and who pays for it.

8. Back-office depth

A sales CRM with a broker portal is not the same as a back office. Can finance approve a withdrawal from the client profile with a second person checking it? Does the CRM reconcile balances against the trading server, or does someone do that in a spreadsheet? Our checklist of what a forex CRM should do goes through these in more depth.

The alternatives: what each one states

Each summary below uses the vendor's own description and its own website. Where a vendor does not publish something, it says so; that is not a criticism, only a question to ask.

B2Core (B2Broker)

  • Describes itself as a forex and crypto CRM with a white-label traders room.
  • Platforms named on its pricing page: MetaTrader 4 and 5, cTrader and B2Broker's own B2TRADER.
  • Runs as cloud software on AWS, isolated per client, and can also be installed as a dedicated installation through B2Broker.
  • Prices are published: five tiers from $1,000 to $20,000 a month, plus a fee on client deposits that falls from 1.00% to 0.10% at the higher tiers. Its pricing page states a three-month minimum commitment.
  • States that it supports any type of data import; data migration is listed from its Advanced tier upward.

Syntellicore (Dynamic Works)

  • Describes itself as a forex CRM built to run an entire brokerage, with a trader's room, IB module, payments and business intelligence.
  • Lists eleven trading platforms, including MT4, MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader, DXtrade and TradeLocker. Its own page notes that extra development may be needed for existing integrations.
  • Its FAQ states that the CRM is cloud-based.
  • Shows a starting price of €975 without stating the period or what it covers. Modules can be taken separately or in bundles.
  • Dynamic Works says it was founded in 2003, with offices in Nicosia, Limassol and Dubai.

FYNXT

  • Describes itself as an operating platform for capital markets: CRM, payment orchestration, partner management, copy trading and onboarding.
  • Lists integrations with MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, TradeLocker and others.
  • Its implementation service includes data migration rehearsed before cut-over.
  • Prices and deployment model are not published.

CurrentDesk

  • Describes itself as forex broker software for CRM, back office and partner management, with a trader portal and multi-tier IB.
  • Lists MT4 and MT5 among its integrations.
  • Its FAQ says that when data migration is needed, the timeline depends on the data; a new broker without migration can go live in as little as one business day.
  • Prices and deployment model are not published.

Leverate

  • Describes its CRM as purpose-built for brokers and prop firms, with multi-tier IB, communication tools and reporting.
  • States that the CRM connects to MT4 and MT5, and natively to Leverate's own white-label platform.
  • Publishes a pricing table on its homepage; check which package the CRM line applies to.
  • Migration and deployment model are not stated for the CRM.

Match-Trader CRM

  • Match-Trade offers a CRM and Client Office alongside its own trading platform, connecting to Match-Trader, MT4, MT5 and other platforms, with IB hierarchies of up to 50 levels and payments through its Match2Pay service.
  • CRM prices are not published.
  • Worth knowing: Match-Trade also lists FX Back Office among the third-party CRMs that work with its platform, so running Match-Trader does not by itself mean leaving FXBO.

TradeCore (BrokerIQ)

  • Describes BrokerIQ as its modular CRM and back-office product line.
  • Lists eight platforms, including MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader and TradeLocker.
  • Prices are published: a free plan, a Core plan at €2,500 a month flat, and a custom Enterprise plan, with no setup fee.
  • Migration by TradeCore's team is part of the Enterprise plan; every plan has a self-service import tool.

UpTrader

UpTrader appears in most comparison lists. Its website could not be checked for this guide, so we have left out its details rather than repeat what others say about it. Ask it the same questions as the rest.

Questions to send every vendor

Put the same questions to each shortlisted vendor, in writing, and compare the answers side by side:

  • Which of our trading platforms, payment providers and KYC services are connected in production today?
  • Where is our data hosted, who holds the database, and can we take a full copy at any time?
  • Who performs the migration, what does it cost, and which records move with their links intact?
  • What will we pay at our current size, and at twice our size?
  • What is the minimum term, the notice period, and how is our data returned when we leave?
  • Can we speak to a broker of our size who moved to you from another CRM?

Where relioops fits

relioops is a brokerage technology company in London. Our CRM connects to MT4, MT5 and cTrader and runs either on your own servers or in an environment we run for you; either way, the data is yours.

We migrate brokers from any forex CRM free of charge. From FXBO, the transfer is one-to-one: your data arrives as it was, record for record, with nothing re-entered by hand. After the import, relioops checks balances against the trading platform automatically, so a mismatch shows up as a task to fix rather than a surprise at month-end.

If you are comparing options, see what the relioops CRM covers or book a technical session and bring your shortlist. We will answer the questions above in writing, the same way we would expect any vendor to.
