Real-time forex risk management software for brokers
Risk in view.
Control in real time.
End-of-day reports show risk after the damage is done. relioops reads exposure, net book, symbol and account risk and P&L live from MetaTrader, gives the desk real-time risk analytics, and lets your rules act on their own: warn, restrict or alert the desk while positions are still open.
Live, not end of day
Exposure and margin are checked continuously against live accounts. You act on the book as it is now, not as it was yesterday.
Limits that enforce themselves
Set a threshold once and it is enforced day and night, whether or not anyone is watching the screen.
Proof for every action
Each action is saved with the rule, the values and what was done. When a client disputes it, the evidence is already there.
Every limit, measured live.
Each bar is an account or symbol against its limit. A breach becomes an action with a reason, not a line in tomorrow's report.
Live exposure and risk analytics
Net and gross exposure by symbol, group, brand and book, updated as positions move. Margin level and free margin sit in the same view, so you see the accounts closest to trouble without building a query.
- Net and gross exposure by symbol and group
- Margin level and free margin per account
- Book-level and per-brand aggregation
- Concentration by instrument and by client
- Watchlists for accounts under review
Risk rules and limits
Set thresholds per group, per brand or per programme and they are checked against live positions. A rule can warn, restrict or act, and each one has an owner and a purpose — so your risk policy is written down and actually applied.
- Exposure and margin thresholds
- Per-symbol and per-group limits
- Daily and overall loss limits
- Warn / restrict / act escalation steps
- Rule sets versioned per brand or programme
Automatic breach handling
Decide in advance what happens when a limit is crossed: notify the desk, restrict the account, close the position, or a sequence of those. The action goes straight to the platform, with no gap between spotting the breach and acting on it.
- Configurable action per rule
- Notification routed to the responsible desk
- Account restriction and group moves
- Position action where the rule calls for it
- Manual override with a recorded reason
Funded and evaluation programmes
Run funded trader and evaluation programmes as risk rules with a lifecycle — pass conditions, breach conditions and payout eligibility — checked against live accounts instead of rebuilt later from a report.
- Phase rules and pass conditions
- Daily and maximum drawdown enforcement
- Automatic breach with a recorded trigger
- Payout eligibility tied to the same record
- Trader-facing state that matches the internal one
Full audit trail
Every check, every trigger and every manual override is recorded with its inputs. When a client disputes an outcome, you answer with a record, not a reconstruction.
- Rule evaluations with the values that triggered them
- Actions taken, automatic and manual
- Author and reason on every override
- Immutable operational history
- Exportable for a regulator or a dispute
How a rule fires.
Read, evaluate, decide, act, record. Five steps on every evaluation, with a record of each one.

Broker risk management, answered.
What is forex risk management software for brokers?
It is the system a broker's dealing or risk desk uses to see and control the exposure its clients create. It reads positions, equity and margin from the trading platform as they change, aggregates them into exposure by symbol, group and book, and applies the firm's limits, warning, restricting or acting when one is crossed. The difference from a report is timing: it works while positions are open, not after the day has closed.
How is broker risk management different from a trader's?
A trader manages the risk of their own positions. A broker manages everyone's at once: the net exposure it carries on its own book, concentration in a symbol or a client, margin across every account, and the accounts whose trading runs against it. The tools differ because the question differs.
Which data does the risk system read from MetaTrader?
Through the MetaTrader Manager API: balance, equity, margin level and free margin, open positions and deals, and the group and symbol configuration. Nothing is scraped from a terminal. Actions such as restricting an account or moving it to another group go back through the same interface.
Can risk rules close positions automatically?
Yes, where a rule calls for it. Each rule has a configured action: a notification to the desk, restricting the account, moving it to another group, closing positions, or a sequence of those. Every automatic action is recorded with the rule and the values that triggered it, and a person can override it with a recorded reason.
Can we test a risk rule before it acts on real accounts?
Yes. A rule can be run against live account data without executing, showing which accounts it would have caught and what it would have done. That is how we suggest any new limit starts.
Does it work for prop firms and funded programmes?
Yes. Daily and maximum drawdown, phase rules and pass and breach conditions run as risk rules against live accounts, and payout eligibility is read from the same record instead of being rebuilt from a report.
What it connects.
Reached through each system’s own interface, so nothing has to be replaced to be included.
