Broker CRM and forex back office
A CRM you deploy
and run.
Most brokers run sales, KYC, payments and partners in separate tools, so nobody sees the whole client. relioops CRM puts it all on one record: leads, onboarding and KYC, trading accounts, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, IB partners, support tickets and reports. Every team works from the same client.
The whole client on one screen
KYC, deposits, trades, comments and tickets land on one record, in order, with who did what. No more checking four systems to answer one question.
Answers in seconds, not escalations
When a client asks why a withdrawal is pending, your agent sees the reason on screen. Faster replies, fewer tickets passed upstairs.
Numbers that match MT5
Deposits, bonuses and corrections are checked against MT5 automatically. A mismatch shows up as a task to fix, not a surprise at month-end.
Inside the CRM, screen by screen.
Comments and reminders, campaign ROI, CRM-to-MT5 reconciliation, payment reminders, MT5 groups, ticket SLAs and sign-in monitoring. The whole brokerage, run from one back office.

In Observe mode the engine touches no account; it only works out what it would do. In Pilot mode only the logins in the pilot list are written to MT5. In Apply mode the whole scope is written — review the rule in an Observe run first.
Equity is read as equity minus credit. Leverage steps down as equity crosses each threshold; click a value to edit it.

Client onboarding and KYC
Registration, document upload and verification run as one flow, and the KYC vendor's result is written straight back to the client record. Onboarding status reflects what actually happened — the check that passed, the document that expired — so nobody has to keep it up to date by hand.
- Registration and client area sign-up
- Document capture and re-verification
- Vendor results written to the client record
- Per-jurisdiction requirements and questionnaires
- Expiry tracking with re-check prompts
The 360° client record
One page shows identity, accounts, funding, trading activity, communication and every action taken on the client. Your risk view, payment reconciliation and reports read from the same record, so every team sees the same numbers.
- Identity, documents and verification state
- All trading accounts across platforms and brands
- Deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers
- Calls, messages and campaign activity
- Full action history with author and timestamp
Sales and desk workflow
Queues, assignment and tasks for the people working your clients. Work is assigned on the client record itself, so nothing gets lost in a separate task tool or spreadsheet.
- Queues by segment, desk and brand
- Assignment, ownership and handover
- Approval steps for funding and account changes
- Notes and outcomes on the record
- Role-based visibility per brand
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals flow through the CRM, so the payment provider, the platform balance and the client record always agree. No morning reconciliation to find out what went wrong overnight.
- Deposit and withdrawal flows per provider
- Approval and limit rules
- Balance operations written to the platform
- Reconciliation against provider settlement
- Failed and pending payment handling
Reporting
Client, funding and trading reports are built from the same record your desk works from. The numbers management sees are the numbers the desk saw.
- Client and account reporting
- Funding and settlement views
- Desk and campaign performance
- Per-brand and consolidated views
- Scheduled exports where a file is genuinely needed
One client, everything about them.
Identity, accounts, full history and the next action on one screen, read from one record instead of four systems.
What lands on the record
- Verification events
- Result, provider, document type and expiry, from the KYC vendor in use.
- Inbound
- Payment events
- Authorisation, settlement, failure and chargeback notifications from the PSP.
- Inbound
- Platform activity
- Accounts, deals and balance operations from the trading server.
- Inbound
- Communication
- Call, message and campaign activity from the telephony and email systems.
- Inbound
- Operational actions
- Every change made through relioops, with author, reason and timestamp.
- Internal
What it connects.
Reached through each system’s own interface, so nothing has to be replaced to be included.
Identity & compliance
Verification results land on the client record, so onboarding state is one value rather than three.
Payments
Deposits, withdrawals and settlement reconciled against the client record, not a provider dashboard.
Client communication
Voice, messaging and campaign activity logged against the same history the desk works from.
