Forex CRM, back office and Dubai-hosted MT4/MT5 for UAE brokers
Dubai servers,
configured to your licence.
UAE brokers answer to one of three regulators: the DFSA inside the DIFC in Dubai, the FSRA inside ADGM in Abu Dhabi, and onshore, in Sharjah and every other emirate, the Capital Market Authority, which replaced the SCA on 1 January 2026. relioops configures the CRM, back office and MT4/MT5 setup to your licence, covering client categories, leverage and risk limits, KYC/AML, reporting and audit trails, and can run your servers in a professional data centre in Dubai with low-latency connectivity to liquidity providers. We already work with licensed brokers in the UAE; their names stay private.
Configured to your licence
DFSA, FSRA or CMA, retail or professional clients: categories, limits and onboarding rules are parameters set per licence, not hard-coded.

The environment we run for you.
Trade, access and history services, bridges and gateways, monitored as one environment.
DFSA, FSRA and CMA in one configurable system
The DFSA regulates financial services carried on in or from the DIFC in Dubai. In Abu Dhabi, the FSRA regulates them inside ADGM, the Abu Dhabi Global Market, under its own rulebook, with conduct rules for firms offering OTC leveraged products to retail clients. Outside the two financial free zones, in Sharjah as in every other emirate, the Capital Market Authority took over the SCA's role on 1 January 2026 under Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2025. relioops does not hard-code any of these rulebooks: classification, limits, onboarding and reporting are parameters, set to the licence you hold and tested before go-live.
- Client categories per licence, including Retail and Professional
- Leverage, margin and risk limits by category and instrument
- Appropriateness checks and negative balance protection where required
- Report data prepared for the reporting systems you use
- Change history and audit trails across the CRM and MT4/MT5
KYC, AML and screening
Use the built-in KYC/AML workflow or the Sumsub, Onfido and iDenfy integrations: document and liveness checks, beneficial owner identification, PEP, sanctions and adverse media screening, risk scoring and a compliance review queue, all on one client record. The workflow can follow the KYC/AML rules of the jurisdiction you operate in.
- Built-in workflow, or Sumsub, Onfido and iDenfy
- Beneficial owner (UBO) identification for corporate clients
- PEP, sanctions and adverse media screening with rescreening
- Risk scoring, enhanced due diligence and compliance approvals
- KYC status linked to MT4/MT5 account activation
MT4/MT5 hosting in Dubai
Trade servers, liquidity bridges and gateways can run in a Dubai-based professional data centre, placed for low-latency connectivity to liquidity providers. Network routes are planned around your LPs, and latency is measured on your actual LP connections before go-live rather than quoted from a brochure. The data-centre provider is named in the service agreement.

UAE brokers, answered.
Does relioops support DFSA, FSRA and CMA (formerly SCA) requirements?
Yes. Client classification, leverage and risk limits, KYC/AML, appropriateness checks, negative balance protection, reporting data and audit trails are configured to your licence and tested before go-live. The final regulatory responsibility stays with the licensed broker.
Do you support brokers licensed by the FSRA in ADGM, Abu Dhabi?
Yes. The setup follows the ADGM rulebook as it applies to your permissions: client classification, the conduct rules for OTC leveraged products offered to retail clients, KYC/AML, client money records and reporting data, all configured and tested before go-live. MT4/MT5 servers can run in our Dubai data centre.
We are based in Sharjah. Which rules apply?
Outside the DIFC and ADGM, brokerage in securities, derivatives and OTC currency trading is licensed federally, by the Capital Market Authority since 1 January 2026. The same applies in Sharjah as in Dubai or Abu Dhabi onshore, so the setup is configured to your CMA licence.
Can you host our MT4/MT5 servers in Dubai?
Yes. Trade servers, bridges and gateways can run in a Dubai-based professional data centre with low-latency connectivity to liquidity providers. The provider is named in the service agreement.
What latency can we expect to our liquidity providers?
It depends on the LP's access point, the network route and the connection type. We measure it on your actual LP connections and share the figures before go-live, rather than quoting a number in advance.
Do you provide support in Arabic?
Yes. Support runs 24/7/365 in Arabic, English, Russian and Turkish, with response times set in your support package and SLA.
Do you work with brokers in the UAE today?
Yes. We serve licensed brokers in the UAE. Client names are confidential; references can be discussed under NDA.
